Ahh FFS, you are a hard man to please, I said the team will score 4 or 5.Originally posted by Daffy Duck View PostUmm, did I miss the moment where Coutinho, Lallana and Sterling scored 4 or 5?
Although they did look capable of doing that tonight, I admit

Well I also said against Swansea or Leicester, so I'll actually back those 3 to get at least 4 between them against Leicester.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

I ****in love the kid. A joy to watch. If his productivity ever gets close to matching his talent he is going to be a world beater. He worked hard tonight off the ball, something he's needed to do more consistently. We know he can do it but is prone to switching off from time to time. No more pissing around with him - leave him in the side every week and he'll tear **** up.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

I don't mind him being in and out the side, he's still young and still learning.Originally posted by Shaggy View Post

But I don't think we've ever stopped saying it, with movement ahead he can be a boss. I'm sue he went away with Brazil earlier this season and was boss with Neymar ahead. I wasn't asking "where's that Phil for LFC?" I was wondering when he'd get movement ahead again in order to flourish.
I don't even mind if he's not getting goals / assist if he's bossing play so much as he was tonight. I don't know if he'll ever be a true ten who gets goals and assist on a regular basis, but he can be that number 8 Rodgers went on about last season who is the creative spark in central midfield.Forwards.......

Completely agree about him being a number 8. Play a bit deeper, get more involved, influence play more. And he can still pick out a slide rule through ball for fun from deeper positions. Also there's a bit more space for him to ghost into, leaving players for dead. Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Yup, and he can add to the attack and get on the edge of the box, as opposed to being relied upon to get the goals.Originally posted by Shaggy View PostCompletely agree about him being a number 8. Totally agreeOriginally posted by Daniel 7 View PostHate when people slag him off - he's a little genius. His level when he's on song is higher than anyone else's at the club. Ok, he can have off games, but patience where he's concerned is well worth it. What a boy.
Get some people around him like Lallana who have skill and technique and he'll thrive. He'll be one of our best players every season. I hope he stays with us for a long time but when it comes to this club I get nervous about good players staying.
