He gave poor Fernandinho and absolute nightmare. Zabaleta & Nasri couldn't handle him down the left side either & Kompany was scarred ****less of him.

Sign him up on a 17 year contract... Real and Barca will no rout be keeping tabs. Phil's nickname should be The Ghost

Inter Milan allowing Coutinho to leave for £8.5m has to be one of the biggest transfer blunders of recent times. Credit to Liverpool though.

I'm surprised the vote wasn't higher - none of the other goals were worth voting for. It was clearly the outstanding goal and today we saw goal of the month for March.

Why have we still got Christmas smileys in March?!

When games are tight, having someone in the team that can score from range out of nothing is so important. We've been badly missing it. Teams have known they can sit back and we will try and walk it in. Him and Henderson should be given a target of ten goals each per season, minimum. He turns out of trouble so easily. Beautiful to watch. Now he is adding goals, he's becoming vital.
He's not just linking the play, he's making the play. He's become our most important player.

Rodgers didn't see him adding goals to his game & was at pains to say until recently that he'd be a more Luka Modric type player - a link man as you say. But he's now adding goals & assists as well and he's really stepping it up. I agree him & Hendo should notch ten league goals. I'd add Lallana to that list too. Sturridge & Sterling I'd expect more from.
                  Forwards.......

Anyone care to guess a current market value based on this season's performances?

                      I'll say £32m.

If he performs consistently over a full season add 50% on.

                        Until then ~20.

We shouldn't sell at either price though.

We wouldn't sell him for anything near that price.

I never mentioned selling him, I asked what people would estimate as his value on the market. Just a bit of friendly bantz.
