    Allegedly Messi wasn't happy about Neymar's comments about Coutinho. Whether that's true or not I'm not sure.

      I feel Coutinho is a bit wasted with us whilst we don't have a natural forward in the team and he doesn't seem to have a great link with Origi when he plays.

        His best form for me was back in the 13/14 as an "8" playing the LCM in the diamond formation. He has Suarez, Sterling and Sturridge all in front of him zipping around and he had so many options to pass to and hence he excelled.

        The thing is though when he played in the LF role earlier in the year he was superb, goals and assists and his link up play with Bobby, Mane & Lallana mirrored the stuff from "that" year.

        Ultimately he needs people moving around him that he can pass to and make space for him to operate in.

          I think we can keep progressing without him and won't shed a tear. But if he stays then great.

              Match tonight (12.45am) then jetting back to us, along with Firmino. Let's hope its as incident-free as possible.

              Did Mane go away to Senegal friendlies? He should already be back as Senegal games are finished I think.

                think they had a friendly in london,and a game v Ivory coast in Paris which was suspended after 88 mins...Mane scored a penalty
