Well at least he will be playing some sort of ball so "if" he does stay he will have some sort of match practice. It's been a poxy, tedious summer and thank **** this saga is coming to an end. I don't think there has been so much misinformation about a transfer. Barca have tried absolutely everything to unsettle things & i'm sure Phil and LFC have massively played their part through the press too.
He will have to eat some humble pie if he doesn't go & will have to seriously get his head down to build bridges. If he does go surely we will only let that happen if a replacement is in the door.

He's a modern day footballer, would have been nice if he had the professionalism to play on amidst speculation but then again most nowadays don't necessarily have that as they are some of the most spoilt humans on the planet. maybe the club told him not to until he was 100% focused.
In any case, I still don't care, great start to the season without him.
If the club stick to their guns and keep him, he will come back and strengthen the team even more.
He's world class and I can't wait to see him play making behind the front three that started against Arsenal.Y.N.W.A!!!!!!
