I like him a lot. That kid has potential to be top class LB some day.

That said they have another one that looks also very promising in the same position Matt Targett.

Will Hughes is great talent and if we are smart we should be looking to sign him.

He is also a huge liverpool fan.

I absolutely loved his tweet after Mancs loss to Real

Weren't we massively gash in that game?

Judging by that lineup, I assume we were.

Kind of puts in perspective for me, that we have decent owners now willing to back the manager.

That bench brings a tear to the eye. Like sitting on an upright nail. If we compare now:

              Reina > Dudek
              Johnson > Carragher (at RB)
              Carragher (at CB) < Hyypia
              Agger > Pellegrino
              Enrique > Warnock
Downing > Garcia (shocker! But Garcia's passing and influence in the prem was generally substandard. I'd have Downing on this form)
              Gerrard < Gerrard
Lucas (on this form) < Hamann
              Coutinho > Riise
              Suarez > Morientes
              Sturridge > Baros

I won't even waste the alphabet on comparing the benches.

              Rodgers > Rafa
              One tit for another.

On form I agree on everything, with the hope that Lucas will improve his form but the way Gerrard is playing, I'd say he's getting back to his best.

Is that Hyypia > Carragher comparison based on Carra's current form, or in general? I might have to disagree there

Either way for me Hyypia was a far better defender than Carra.

That's no disrespect to Carra either, Hyypia was just a monster at the back for us.

I was there - lost two nil and Crouch was unplayable. Mind you, we were awful too it wasn't just that we couldn't handle Crouch.

Hansen called it our worst performance in memory or something, and IIRC it was the game that persuaded Rafa to go for Crouch.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Have to agree with you there.

Are Lawro's predictions usually a good omen or a bad one?
Rafa on Everton - "When you play against the smaller teams at Anfield you know the game will be narrow"

He predicted a win for us against Spurs so yeah I'd like to think so!

According to rumours Skrtel is starting today as Carra is apparently injured and Reina is still not ready.
