We don't know that. Of course FSG will say that he is the one they wanted all the time but other managers said that they turned us down before they signed up Rodgers.

FSG had let it be known they would interview a number of prospective managers and maybe some would have said yes the a job offer but no to a competitive interview. And asking them to interview doesn't mean we would have offered either of them the job obviously.
