4 managers in 4 seasons is ridiculous and quite honestly talking about removing Rodgers is in pretty bad taste.

Turned down what, the job or an interview?Originally posted by Arn View PostWe don't know that. Of course FSG will say that he is the one they wanted all the time but other managers said that they turned us down before they signed up Rodgers.
De Boer and Van Gaal for example.
FSG had let it be known they would interview a number of prospective managers and maybe some would have said yes the a job offer but no to a competitive interview. And asking them to interview doesn't mean we would have offered either of them the job obviously.Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years

De Boer ruling himself out of the running comes after Swansea’s Brendan Rodgers and Borussia Dortmund’s Jurgen Klopp also informed FSG they don’t wish to be considered for the Anfield role. They did not approach Rodgers after De Boer turned them down.De Boer ruling himself out of the running comes after Swansea’s Brendan Rodgers and Borussia Dortmund’s Jurgen Klopp also informed FSG they don’t wish to be considered for the Anfield role.

So your claim that others turned FSG down before they signed up Rodgers is true.van Gaal refused to work with a British boss under him, as he wanted to restructure the club the way he had done at Bayern *Munich and Ajax.
Except it's also totally consistent with the idea they wanted Rodgers as manager all along, something which your statement does not reflect at all. Quite the opposite some might say..
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

I don't think we need to worry about getting Mourinho even if Rodgers left in the summer which he won't..
