Agreed - we need some proper football-related stuff to discuss. This transfer window has been disappointing so far and I really can't wait for the season to start.

So whilst Arn does have his faults, perhaps it's also you that needs to find something else to post about other than him, as you're coming across as a bit obsessed with him!

Arn can post what he likes as the long as the mods are fine with it, as will I. Cheers.

Really? I'm in no real rush because I think we're about 2 players short and it will another trying season if we don't get them

I have said many times that I'm positive about our future but it will take time to get there.

I have said many times that I believe Rodgers is the right man long term. I think that he will be a top class manager but it will take time until he gets there.

Short term it will cost and have clearly cost the club signing him up. Long term, who knows but I think he will be a success long term if he get the chance to prove it and don't get sacked.

We fans don't have a clue if Rodgers will be a success or not because we are his first big club. We can only hope.

If we had signed up someone like Rafa last summer then we more or less knew that he would be a success because his CV points to that.

Rafa would clearly been the better choice short term. He wouldn't been as big gamble as Rodgers is.

Long term, who knows but I believe in Rodgers long term.

On Rafa Yes he's gone to Chelsea and done brilliantly. But let's not kid ourselves. He wasn't even going to be taking over a team anywhere near the standard of Chelsea's and there is minimal guarantee to back up your view that he would have been better short term. He'd been out of work a fair while too so it would have been a risky choice

Maybe FSG didn't want a short term fix anymore and wanted to work to a longer term plan and chose a younger manager (as i believe they were keen on doing when they first took over). You're talking about it being the wrong time etc. but I don't think FSG were finally working to being in the CL this coming season. Think they drew a line after Kenny and decided to do it the youth/longer term way. So really, you're criticising them for a decision you don't agree with but may fit in perfectly with the strategy they want to follow. Just because you or I may not have the patience, doesn't mean it was the wrong choice

Give the guy a break, rightly or wrongly hes feeling a little picked on atm and he's not a bad egg.
i defended him earlier so im definitely not the dweeb who's picking on him. for that you need to look to dom9.

Huh, my only point is against the endless repetition and thread derailment we're subjected to.

And I'm not the only one.

There is nothing personal against Arn.
                    Oh I don't know.

really?...your post below seems a little off.

Of course, you're entitled to express your opinions. You just repeat them again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again. To the point that these threads become an endless debate about your (let's be honest, quite wacky) views and not much else.

                      You can see that, right?

Dom9 - you can see how that would come across to someone like Arn whos consistently the target of everyone else's anger.

How is that picking on him? I think the bit you have highlighted in bold is a reasonably accurate description of the situation, and not a personal attack. Nor is it an expression of anger.

I think Arn is right on a lot of points and his endless repetition serves to redress the balance.
Would anyone object to FSG selling 50% of the club to a sugar daddy who gets us a few top names on £200k+ a week and get the stadium sorted sooner rather than later?
Because that's what we need to ensure success.
FSG's model is overly reliant on FPP being enforced and it looks like other clubs are just pissing all over it.
                          Sugar Daddy for the win.
We are LFC - get back to where we should be on the pitch whatever the cost and we'll be a commercial giant able to clear the debts in no time at all.

its you being a cunt towards another member of the forum.

the day you own est you can get rid of all the people you dont like. until that moment you just have to shut up and accept that Arn has a differing opinion to you. and that he's entitled to it.

your posts have this undercurrent of snideness and bitchiness to them. When you get found out its
