          Then we agree to disagree DanPerkins. We're talking about playing wing back at home to Crystal Palace. Not playing wing back away to Barcelona.

          If Toure and Henderson are busy covering for Sterling (because he's obviously sh*t as has already been decided), that means Palace are attacking us down his wing. If they're attacking us in numbers down his wing then Suarez and Sturridge are filling their boots up front.

          Its a win-win situation.

              Yeah it's a gash team overall, but Speroni's really good on his day. Has been against us previously, the ****er saw us knocked out the league cup.

                To be fair it's not really good to underestimate any team in the league IMO. How many times have we had a great chance to capitalise on the table and drop points against weaker opposition. Palace do look very weak but can't take anything for granted.

                I don't think anyone said Sterling is ****, but he is an inexperienced kid & isn't ready to be a first team starter in the premier league yet IMO.. never mind at RWB.

                Anyways I'd rather he didn't play there and yup agree to disagree mate

                  If Palace see him line up there, their game plan immediately will focus on that side of the pitch. Its madness really and I just do not see it, I honestly thought we were past the days of square pegs in round holes.

                      Go back to 4 at the back and no holding player. No game is easy these days, but at home we really don't need 3 centre backs on the pitch. Lets load up heavy with attacking flair and put another 9-0 in the locker.

                        Sterling has been rubbish since last winter yet people think we should give him a start in a position he's never played before IIRC in a game which could potentially see us go top ? Too much a gamble for me.

                          he started off great... looked great in handful of games but then seems to have regressed as such. Still so young and raw could do with a loan move IMO.

                          His game for us.. would send out a nice statement that's for sure.
