I don't believe that at all. Why would any work person want to have one tool at their disposal?

Sticking to one tactic leads to battles like trench warfare.

I think he's already shown he'll adapt his formation to best suit the players at our disposal. For instance the loss of Johnson, we tried playing with a back 4 without him for a while which wasn't really working especially as it coincided with the loss of Coutinho hence we've moved to a 3 CB formation.

I think we'll change the formation again once we have our strongest first 11 available again; I like the fact he is willing to move and change his tactics to suit the players best rather than sticking to a formation and making the players adapt.

No Rich, you're wrong. Rodger is fixed on one formation which he was told about so it's not even his own formation, he can't lay any claim to making changes to the side as 6 of the squad played under Rafa and are still under his spell. He is devoid of he own idea, he just read books for ideas which he doesn't really understand.

The only thing to do is to sack him before his plagiarising becomes the embarrassment of the league, no **** it, world football.

this is bang on the money. Its not a critisim of either player its just the type of player they are.
