I'd also have Hart instead of the Mig.

    CB Kompany
    LB Azpiculetta
    DM Gerrard
    CM Toure
    CM Ramsey
    LF Suarez
    RF Hazard
    ST Aguero
Hazard is an LF .....you cant move players around to suit them.

Ramsey wont give you the through balls of coutto or Silva for that matter.
Tough choices with Cech, Aguero, Toure and Ivanovic although i could easily argue each selection.

As for Skrtle...hes been outstanding this season

Close for Sturridge as well but Aguero just has it over him for the moment, really enjoyed considering and then dismissing all potential Utd players

It's true though; such is the quality of the Premiership at the moment, the entire back five could be replaced by teams outside of the top four. I originally questioned Ivanovic and Kompany (not in terms of ability, but more recently, consistency), but other options fall outside the top four.

It has been a strange season, but also a great season. You could almost split the table into three and any team seems capable of beating anyone on their day.

Clean sheets are sooo 2003, it's all about the goals. Kevin Keegan was a visionary ...

Hazard drifts left to right as could Suarez.

        Silva was a possibility

What’s even more amazing about Sturridge’s record is that he was rushed back from injury and started the season only half fit and obviously got that mid season injury too and just picked up where he left off. He’s been ****ing brilliant.

Played the same amount of games as Negredo and gets a fraction of teh recognition.

re title - we can dream and we should defo be aiming for it - if we fight for the title, then the position we are in, should mean we defo get top 4

however i don't think we will win it....

but if we win our next three games (Fulham away/Swansea home/Southampton away) then we will be in the mix

3 'winnable games' on the face of it, but you just never know with this league. But if we win them, we'd be on 59 points going into the united game flying.

i'd quite like to be say, 6 points behind city/chelsea when we go into our home games against them...which means i'd say we have to win the games against lesser teams

that would be brillian position....win those games right in the mix, lose and well we won't be in for the title, but if we are that close at that stage of the season 4th would be virtually wrapped up.

I've said before that psychologically we're better served looking up than back down. As you say if we concentrate on closing the gap at the top, then 4th place will take care of itself. The more we worry about those below catching us, the more we'll slip up.

                defo.

one thing in our advantage is no european games to concentrate on. which with our small squad, could be a huge for us.

                i'd say if we keep

                mignolet,
                flanagan
                skrtel
                gerrard
                henderson
                coutinho
                sterling
                suarez
                sturridge

fit for the remaining 13 league games of the season then surely we have a chance.

if we can keep them fit, and get lucas/johnsen/enrique/agger/sakho back in to push/cover then it will be great

I think Chelsea are champions elect, if we could get to within 3 points by the time we play them....
Brandt - Keita - Van Dijk - Sessegnon

I think Chelsea will push City very close, but I suspect their lack of a decent striker will be their downfall in the end. We'll see. If we can finish within 10 points of both of them we'll have done fantastically and guaranteed ourselves a top 4 place too.

Hazard is the new Bale and Chelsea are the new Spurs.

And we're still a one man team I'm sure.

So do we want United to beat Arsenal on Wednesday then?

I never thought I'd see the day when I want United to win, but taking points off Arsenal and preserving Moyes job for a bit longer has to make it worthwhile.

                            Come on Vidic.

I really, really want Moyes to stay in his job. However, I hope Utd get battered by Arsenal.
                                Another MASSIVE game
