I've gone wobbly legged again after looking at the fixtures for the 11th million time. City have such an easy run in after our game that I'm back to thinking we're going to have to win them all

If City drop points against Southampton (unlikely) then I'll be back to thinking 2 wins from now should put us firmly in the driving seat.

      So exciting

I'm bizarrely more nervous about the West Ham game than I am about City. We owe City after being robbed at their gaff, their form is a little patchy away, we are deadly at home and Anfield will be absolutely jumping.

I bet you come this time next week you'll be more nervous about the City game

Palace are well and truly safe now, but annoyingly Pulis has Stoke in his sights so i can't see him taking his foot off the pressure

Norwich have no fight left, I don't think they'll have any where near enough to stop us if we're still in the race by then

                  Norwich is Luis' team anyway.

Hope Martinez still has that blueprint 'How to Beat Man City' he showed Bill Kenwright to get the job!

Our team doesn't have the experience of winning the league. It has something better. It has the key ingredient to being a champion in any sport, or being a triumph of anything in life for that matter. It has the HUNGER. This team has a hunger so deep that the desire will carry them on the crest of a wave and crash through the gates of hell if needs be.

I can't see West Ham or any team stopping us. And you really think that Augero will stop us if he plays? No chance, that boys eyes are on the World Cup. He has changed his focus. In our team, the sheer desire is evident on everyone of them. We are well & truly fired up. I fear tomorrow Stevie G may get a yellow for clattering into Carroll in a jumping challenge at some point. But no matter, we will have a player like Lucas who could come in who would put his body on the line for us. The Kop will roar us on against City & Chelsea.

In 2005, that Chelsea team was far better than the current team. That LFC team was nowhere near as good as this one. We have this. We are ready to stand up and take back what is ours.
                        Forwards.......

I don't understand how you can think that's the case. So basically form, confidence, fitness, injuries and so forth have no impact on future matches? Brendan talks at length about confidence, but you think that it has no discernible impact from one match to the next?

Probability can be calculated accurately on an identical, repeatable event with clear outcomes, like throwing a die. It cannot be calculated on us winning the next match because there are too many variables which cannot be accurately measured.

Oh, and probability is a subset of statistical analysis, so they are intrinsically linked.

Whether we win every single game we still have to hope city stuff up 1 extra. Considering how the refs love to give them dodgy decisions, I'm a little dubious on this happening.
