Fire alarm went off at the Gillingham hotel before they played City in the League 1 (or whatever it was called at the stage but representing 3rd tier). City won the match and the rest, as they say, is history. Take any advantage we can get

When Aussie fans did it to the English cricket team wasn't it unsporting cuntishness?

Personally not a fan, think its taking things a bit far. If it has happened.

Because the entire structure of the club, including an Italian manager with absolutely no axe to grind with us, and who is still trying to deliver on an interview promise of CL football, have agreed to deliberately throw a match, with all of the potential consequences that could have.

Who's the naive one here ?

Just getting the feeling that we're too confident, it's Chavski and Maureen after all.

Wish i had a time machine! i could quickly go check the table in the near future just after our game to see if we won, then pop back and enjoy the game.

If we'd lost, i'd still have the option of sabotage in the past.

I fist pumped when Chelsea scored. My Dad called me a disgrace. Not arsed.

You by the look of it, it goes on around the world every season, its an admirable stance to think its impossible that can happen but it does. And what are you on about, Italian manager?

Which is exactly why you can't blame everton fans for wanting to lose to city.

Slight difference though. I reckon if by beating Chelsea in that game it would have got us into the CL and allowed Utd to win the league, we would have rather won. Everton would rather not achieve 4th it it means that we win the title. They are an odd bunch

I think it's very different. We had absolutely **** all to play for - winning or losing, it made no odds to us whatsoever. Everton are going for the CL which could shape their entire future, and still some of them want to lose if it means us not winning the league.

I meant from now on in, since realistically after yesterday, they have already blown it.
