Liverpool v Cardiff - Build Up

What do we all think for this?

Hopefully we continue this form of smashing smaller teams for 5

Then go top, and stay there for Christmas Day

They might not have a manager by Saturday.

I think it's unchanged, let's not take any chances, if we get into a solid lead we can sub off Lucas, Johnson and Sterling or something like that. The only change I'd be willing to contemplate would be Kelly for Johnson.

If the game is going well I'd like to see Aspas and Alberto get a good run out in the second half.
              * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

Yup, same first 11 and the same effort and energy we put in against Spurs.

Our issue will be the 2 games in 3 days over Xmas where fatigue could catch up but if we can take 6 points from the first two games of this stretch then it takes the pressure of the Chelsea and City games.

How come everybody is so confident of Arsenal not beating Chelsea?

Regardless of going top, think I’ll prefer an Arsenal win.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Id prefer a draw too be honest. Arsenal are a competitor for top 4, as are Chelsea. The less points they both have the better for us.

Aye a draw would be good. Any result would be good in fact, but I’d always fancy us to catch Arsenal regardless of result, whereas Chelsea might make it harder. Plus it’s always good to see those c*nts lose.

We can't take these for granted. I've seen them a few times this season and they're not that bad.

If we're on form this should be another drubbing, but if the lads go into the game mentally expecting an easy game then they might get a surprise.

I'll be very relieved if we score first.

Lets smash these redbirds, bluebirds whatever they are now. Got a feeling these might be plucky for a little while, freezing cold early morning, little boring club at Anfield, may take a while to get going, Sakho with the breakthrough in the second half.

Got to be the same team, same intensity and win by a big margin. Would be good for us with an Arsenal/Chelsea draw, reel the Arse in and get a couple of points on Chelski.

We've had our run of one bad or underestimated game (defeat or draw) followed by 3 thumpings. Cardiff is back to the beginning of that cycle I fear.

I'd be happy with any victory margin. Got a feeling a lot of the lads will be basking in their Spurs glory unfortunately. Human nature.
                              One tit for another.
