I thought he played really well today!

Allen improved in the second half but Coutinho kept losing the ball to Zaba.

We just lost to the best team in the league at their ground in a very close game plus we did better than anyone else who's gone there. Positives to be taken.

THe Moses booking was pathetic. Combined with the Suarez one. The shirt pulling on Suarez. The shirt pulling of both Skrtel and Zab on each other. There was a moment when Skrtel clearly cut the ball onto the striker but a corner was given. The shove on Suarez there was a moment in the middle of the park about 10 yards from the ref with about 15 minutes to go where our player was just shoved.

Ref and lino's just plain awful. 99% of the people in the crowd would be sacked if they made that many mistakes at work.

Excellent overall team performance against the best team in the league in their back yard. Bit more composure and we'd have grabbed points today. Even in defeat, we should take confidence for Sunday's game at Chelsea.

Lee Mason was a ****ing joke though and his reputation was 'enhanced' after the game.

I thought Skrtel and Sakho were excellent - against the best attacking team in the Prem (by a country fecking mile). Skrtel does play a risk based game (shirt pulling, last second blocks - but it's effective). Sakho has adapted to the Prem very well - he was also covering two positions (defensively, Cissokho is not the best left back).

Our midfield and attack took the game to City - who, on times, looked like the away team (playing very deep). City hammered Utd, Spurs, Arsenal… and were very lucky against us.
                      Another MASSIVE game

Did anyone else think we could have had a pen when Sterling missed?

The lad got ****ing clattered, i reckon if the keeper saves it, or if its a pass instead of a shot we get a pen there.

Yep, hopefully we've got enough in the tank, that looked ****ing exhausting for both sets of players physically and mentally. Chelsea away in 3 days is a massive ask now but we are a better team than them.

City can consider themselves so lucky. Sick them winning by that horrible Mignolet mistake but sure what can you do. We had so many chances it's incredibly frustrating but we can take great confidence into th Chelsea game.

We were excellent.. Wee bit overran in midfield but personally I thought we were very impressive. Unlucky lads.

Unlucky, Sterling probably should have got us back in it but what is it with our keepers and City, handing them undeserved points!?

Sterling was impressive again, Coutinho misses a sitter but Glen Johnson is a very lucky lad that we have no other option because for me again he was bellow par and I'd bet Rodgers is thinking about it.
