WBA bore teams by being so ordinary that we all fall into the same trap. Couldn't believe Everton dropped two points here either. Anyway yesterday's results rendered this game virtually meaningless. Everton have an injury crisis worse than ours.

But they still beat Villa who we drew with

Dont think Lukaku is out long term. Hopefully we have shown teams how to beat them though

They won't finish ahead of us but they do have a nice knack of getting goals from midfield to win games they look like drawing.

We really need Hendo,Sterling and Coutinho to start weighing in with some goals.

Goals from midfield when the front two aren't firing on all cylinders would be very nice indeed.

Certainly an area we could certainly do with improving on.

Going to the Arsenal game on the weekend. Asked for tickets ages ago. Absolutely dreading it. Have become a nervous wreck pre and during games. At the point where I wish I hadnt got into football

Is a real concern for me. Think defensive aspect of our game will cost us. I hope I am wrong
No, but it shows that points will be dropped at the Hawthorns. As rcasemore has said, there will be hiccups along the way and that includes both us and Everton. We have an advantage because we are fourth, two points ahead and a superior goal difference.

I have been in work today, so I can't really comment on the match.

I know what he means. In recent years we would have already been out of the top 4 with no real chance of getting there, didn't really matter if we lost. Now its different, we are the 4th best team in the league and have a lot to lose- including our best player.

I think I dont enjoy it because there is an expectation there. When there is no expectation there is nothing to stress about. Ive been coping since the days of Calamity James mate!

Season is huge. Massive stakes. I dont think Suarez stays if we fail to make top 4

He's completely right though. Although he's a whingey bugger, he gets ridiculed regardless of what he says. If a different t poster pointed that out, everybody would have agreed

Edit: that was in response to Mudd's post

Apart from the Everton game we never have control over a game when we go with two centre mids.
Rafa on Everton - "When you play against the smaller teams at Anfield you know the game will be narrow"
