when you look at it, realistically you can't win every game - so the games listed are the ones that upset me. There games we should have been winning but have played poorly/made mistakes/got the team selection wrong

Swansea Away 2-2
Southampton Home 0-1
Newcastle Away 2-2
Aston Villa Home 2-2
West Brom Away 1-1

Again - **** happens, every team has off days etc - but you look at those 5 results there - swansea away can be tough, southampton at home at the time they were laying out of the skin

but the newcastle/villa/west brom draws are really frustrating - we should imo, be at least 4 points better off (ie won two of those games as a minimum)

its only 4 points, but in a tight season, those four points could be huge....we'd be in 3rd, 51 points 4 off the top right in the mix for the title and not getting worried about everton.

ideal world - we'd have won those four draws and got a draw against Southampton 9 points better off which would see us top by a point...

just show's how difficult it is to be proper contenders.

I don't expect us to win all our games against the lesser teams. But what concerned me is how laid back we were throughout. We knocked it about for fun first half and then right at the end of the first half we had a freekick which showed up our complete lack of ambition by ending back with the keeper. It was systematic of the thought process throughout the game. The lack of pressure or urgency was unreal. This should have been treated like a cup final instead it was dire. We reverted to long ball after long ball as the game went on. Its game like yesterday we lack an Alonso, someone that dictates play and controls a game. We try and do everything so quick at times and too fancy. We didn't really create anything either.

The Toure gif is very funny However, can't just blame him for yesterday's dropped points. Too many players had an off-day.

Truth is - four dropped points against Villa and WBA is not top four form. We need to get our act together, quickly.

Arsenal dropped 5 points against them.

Arsenal did the same. So its obviously not an easy place to go.

Other teams dropped points against them makes no difference to ours. We were playing ****e but still had the 3 points in the bag only to hand them a gift. We should be 2 better off than we are regardless of other teams results there.
