A point about what exactly ? He sacrificed a defender to bring on a striker to try and win the game. And why single out Aspas, Suarez didn't do much and all Sturridge did was give the ball away for the second goal. As a team we couldn't break them down, simple.

We were fortunate in other times. Still, we had the league in our hands. There's no way to escape that.

Well we got a dodgy penalty when the game was over v Utd and should have had 2 more anyway. What enormous match changing decisions have we had in our favour? Do tell.

We just didn't have a plan to break them down. They were always going to play that way. Poor game from our big players. I see city already a goal up. Not good.

Goodison will be like a lake of Piranhas next week. Soon as Arsenal demolish Newcastle tomorrow then the Bitters know they have nothing to chase. It'll be a replica of that 2010 Chelsea game when we rolled over for them to stop Utd winning the league.

Making a point about the lack of quality squad players we have? It was just a very odd substitution. I understand the idea of bringing an attacking player on when you need a goal, but Aspas?!

Anyway, it isn't over yet. 2 games, 2 wins and City to drop points.

My worry is that Chelsea and City will be back and stronger next season, Arsenal too, this is our big chance and we need to take it.

We have two ways of winning, either we score 20 goals in our next two or hope City **** up.

What other options do we have?
                      3rd place. Worst champions ever.

Theres no one else to be fair, he's given Moses a few mins in games recently but obviously couldnt today. Another two quality attackers desperately needed in the summer.

We have truly milked the most out of what we have, which is 13 outfield players who are remotely good enough to play for the first team.

Of course they will, but so will Liverpool. There's going to be recruitment - there has to be in order to compete across the ECL and the PL. Brendan has tactical nouse and is adaptable. Liverpool challenging is here to stay.
