    We've done a Devon Loch.

    Gutted. Totally gutted.

We have an entire summer to work on defending.

      Let's do it.

I understand the whole needing to get the GD closer to City's but all out attacking wasn't what we needed to do. At 3-0, we should have had the points wrapped up and taken it. Keep the pressure on city not to drop points. Now we've totally ****ed it.. so disappointing.

I mean... it felt over last week. This hurts, but it's not so bad. I'm proud to belong to a Liverpool family and it will be great to be in the Champions League next season.

Just frustrates me how much joy this is going to give every Manc *******. Why can't they just have one season where everything goes wrong for them? Including us winning the title?

It was a shame, we gave it a go, but we also paid the price for it in the end when we didn't manage to take it all the way.

Inevitably, after months of playing out our skin, the season has taken it's toll. Knackered, physically and mentally. Unlucky, but we've been superb this season.

Really, really missed Henderson out there tonight. His out of character lunge against City has really cost us.

Brilliant season from the lads and we gave it our best shot. We are so close but looks like it isn't to be. Of course it is not over until City do their job. There are some issues in defence that I am sure next season we will do our utmost to resolve. We are in the CL and we should be proud of them and be happy with the direction we are going in. YNWA!

Our midfield doesn't offer enough protection to the defence and theyre just too exposed.

Was wondering why we didn't bring on Agger.
                              3rd place. Worst champions ever.

I honestly thought we would lose that in the end. WTF has just happened that's up there with Arsenal 89 for me. Absolutely shocked. Rodgers needs to get some leaders in that defence.

At least Gerrard wont feel ss bad.
