Devastated.
Feel shell shocked. Feel that bad and limp not even a wank will be possible tonight.
Feel so sorry for Suarez, he's distraught.

Ah well lads, it was good while it lasted eh. It's been a great season, can't believe it's ended this way.
Onwards for the CL next year.Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

Always, keep your face to the sun, and shadows will fall behind you.

Our legs went on 70 mins, it was so obvious and no changes were made. The whole defense needs to go bar Flanno who makes mistakes but is learning. Lucas is done. However great season and I think we have just ran out of steam and a stronger squad needed to be able to freshen things up. Second looks very likely now and we will have to be content with that.

I think so too. Really, really need to work on the defensive aspect of our game. Crystal Palace punished us today but the best teams in Europe will obviously inflict much greater harm. Especially if we are in Pot 3...Originally posted by Kenneth View PostOur set up is pretty much the polar opposite of what it takes to do well in the CL.
Some people are very optimistic about the future and think we'll be right back in the mix next season. I think we've come a long, long way and have matured in many respects but I think it's going to be tough next season. I don't anticipate us replicating this season's form. Even though other supporters use our fixture list as a stick to beat us with, all the extra games next year are going to wear the players out earlier. We could mimic Arsenal's form over the past couple seasons easily.
I'm not going to get carried away which is probably why last week's result was so incredibly gutting to me.Last edited by Marina; 05-05-14, 10:18 PM.

Brendan is a young manager without experience at this level. This will have to go down as part of his learning curve. I'm sure he will learn from it though.

Yeah should have just give up after their flukey 1st and took the win, instead we went mental throwing everyone forward to get the goal back and more. Cant blame em but you're always at risk of what happened especially with people who struggle to defend anyway!Originally posted by wavydavy View PostNativity beyond belief in the last two games.
