That's insane. To think we pushed for the title right to the death makes the achievement that much more special

I'm genuinely delighted, I'd like to say a massive thank you to Brendan Rodgers and everyone associated with the club.

Feels brilliant to be a Liverpool fan again

Low key end to what has been an amazing season. 101 goals in 38 games is just unbelievable. Those absolutely horrific games at Anfield a couple of years ago when we just couldn't score past anybody seem a distant memory.

          Great interview from Stevie.

          His cute is Luis' daughter.
          3rd place. Worst champions ever.

2nd, Champions League. I think that we can be happy with that.

Fantastic season overall. Really proud of the club and how the way we play has made me fall in love with football all over again.

Obviously we need to strengthen defensively, but we also need more creativity as we are going to face more 5 man defences. We need something more up top and be able to turn Coutinho's home performances into away ones. Creativity from full backs is a must.

Incidentally, I don't know if this is just me but - Norwich aside - teams don't seem to set up to park the bus as much against City as they do against us. Perhaps more knowledgable posters can say whether this is true and if so, why?

Roy truly was our darkness before the dawn.

2 points behind the most expensive team ever assembled in any sport. Pretty amazing season. YNWA

congratulations to man city, it's great that in these difficult times a team can somehow scrape to victory and win one trophy with nothing more than courage, hard work and billions and billions of petro dollars to buy everyone's best players and breech FFP to do it.

But they managed it, well done.

Btw Souness is a top man. Talking about City's challengers next year, he said 'Liverpool I hope'. Fair play to the bloke, he's a red through and through despite all the **** he gets.

Fantastic season, nothing less. Looking at where we came from, it's a fantastic achievment! And eventhough it didn't go our way in the end, just being in contention on the final day was amazing

CL next season A great foundation to build on And the United fall down

                                Sturridge not happy.

                                Disappointed.
