We scored 101 goals. Thats 30 more than Chelsea and 37 more than Utd. It was entertaining thats for sure.
But such a shame that Luis has probably had his 1 wonder season

    9/10

      This.

Expectations will change next year of course so scale and measure will change, but the guys far exceeded expectations this year.

9.5/10 - ahead of schedule and the most exciting football in a long time. Too many defensive errors stops it from being a 10 but easily fixable for next season!

10/10 a slip cost us the league. 4th was the target and we smashed it as well as some of the top teams in the league. The best football I've seen played since I first started watching football properly as a kid in the late 80's. Fantastic season, great goals, games and memories and we took it to the last day of the season. I wouldn't even blame it on Gerrard's slip up as others had made errors prior to that. Hopefully we'll have an even better season next year and some cracking CL games to go with it.

              9/10

Perfect score for the league, finishing way above target and a bit down for the domestic cup "runs". All in all a superb season.

Surely 10 out of 10 would be us winning the league?

Yep, the only thing better than whats happened, could have been us winning the league.

I get what you're saying, but given that no one, not the players, the fans, the media or the bookies gave us a cat in hell's chance at the start of the season, or even at the start of 2014, I think that this year is 10/10 in terms of the objectives that the club set for themselves.

We have exceeded expectations, move up from 7th to 2nd, scored 101 goals (more than we did in the glory days when there were 42 games in a season!), played some of the most entertaining football in Europe, put the Liverpool name back in the forefront of everyone's minds, won over a fair few neutrals with our style of football, developed some amazing young talent, and made Liverpool a place that players want to come to again.

From a financial standpoint, we've finished second giving us serious prize money, we're back in the Champions League, and the value of our key players has gone through the roof. I read an amazing stat yesterday - 28 of our 38 games have been live on TV this season, three more than any other PL club. As a result our television revenue this year has been about £97m, £43m more than last year. Ker-****ing-ching.

Even without the title it's a clear 10/10 for me. Head and shoulders ahead of my expectations. Played amazing football, scored 100+ goals. Sensational really.

Can never be a 10/10 season - we didn't win anything

I know Champions League is great & all that but this club exists to win trophies...

                          9/10 for me.

Went from 7th to 2nd, in the title run in till the very end of the last game, only 2 points off top, scored +100 goals, lots of players improved massively, Sterling is ace, the games against Arsenal, United x2, Everton, Spurs x2

**** defence and not winning anything stops it being 10/10

I'll give it a 9/10 because it needed the title to be perfect.

Can't argue with those giving 10 though.
The target was Champions League qualification and it was delivered emphatically.

                              9 out of 10.

but for maybe lacking a little bit of extra quality to see us through the last few games (no henderson and suarez and sturridge looked ****ed...would have been nice to have had better options than lucas, aspas and moses) and also maybe a bit of naivety from both the players and the manager against chelsea and palace, it would have been 10 out of 10.

So when we finished 7th under Kenny and won the Carling Cup was that a 10/10 season?
