Felt he was due a bump...

Take that you cunt !!!!
Showed some fight when he came on, plus that hilarious run and back-heel on the halfway line. Seemed to be taking the manager's words to heart and jumped into the game and showed more directness than in any other displays from him so far. Shame about the red card, as you never know what might have transpired, but it was the correct decision, however hard to take, as it's a clear violation with intent.
Not sure how he'll figure for us going forward as he could find himself under a different manager next season, but there was at least something there at times last night."I will make the boys feel your support"

Getting MOM nominations
. Ran around for a few minutes, scuffed a shot wide, tripped over the ball but made one decent pass on the edge of the box. Then got sent off, leaving the team up **** creek. Awesome.

still banging this drum.
we will never agree on this, ever, moving on however I thought that is the best he has shown so far. Not what he actually did but how he actually wanted the ball and tried to make something happen. I've been critical of him, but for the first time I saw something positive. I stand by my earlier season comment, next season is when we will see what he's really about, he needs to get some core strength. So unlike Kenneth, I think he may be alright in the end.Always borrow money from a pessimist. He won’t expect it back. Oscar Wilde

It's clear he's been working on his core strength already, he looked much stronger in possession and was throwing himself about in his 12 minute MOTM performanceOriginally posted by BobTheCharmer View Post

I'd start him against United. At least he's giving it his all.
For what it's worth it was a harsh red, but the thing that killed him was telegraphing it by looking back to line up his target first.

Don't need to Bob, the ref done it for me. Fair play to him, got the major decisions right last night.

3 - Lazar Markovic is the third Liverpool player to be sent off in the Champions League, after Dietmar Hamann and Jermaine Pennant. Stunned."I will make the boys feel your support"

I thought he did alright coming on at Sunderland and felt he should have started at Basle. Still think he will be a top player. I think all the new signings will come good except maybe Balotelli. Lamber probably wont eithet butnot for lack of effort, he just doesn't fit in with our style of play

I thought he was great when he came on. Showed more bollocks and drive than the lot of them, and the sending off was absolutely ****ing ridiculous.
I know it's an old cliche but I reckon his time will come once he's adapted to the PL, got his man strength sorted. The times they are a changin'.

Hardly did out wrong did he? Took on 3 players within being on 5 minutes. Something that Sterling looked scared to do all game. Lifted the entire team and the crowd as well, what we needed really. Maybe great was *too big* a superlative.
But yknow I mean, it's not as if he kicked the ball straight out of play from a dead ball.
