Either way he would be first out of the door... I kept saying we should have signed two defenders in the summer. He has stood out like a sore thumb every season he has been here. I cannot see him changing.

He reminds me a bit if Danny Murphy... He had a great couple of years but was **** before and after... and it seemed to me that the big difference was his focus and concentration. If that does not come naturally, then the whole game is going to be a struggle, and even if there are periods of class, you know a lapse is always around the corner.

He’s being playing really well recently, it’s a shame he switches off and does something stupid. As Klopp said he’s got all the tools.

No defender is mistake free, his need to become less frequent and less catastrophic.

Strangely, if there’s a better CB available in the summer sure but priority in other areas for me.

He might be good in an Italian league or at International level where the football is played like a game of chess but his lack of pace was exposed (although their high line certainly didn't do him any favours).

It's pretty obvious that Lovren needs replacing if we want to compete at top level.

However, calling him a cunt for simply not being good enough is pretty brainless - it's not like he strolls about not giving a **** or not putting a shift in.

He’s been pretty decent since the turn of the year.

He hasn’t ****ed up any more or less than VVD - it’s just he has got previous.

Now Degsy is Mo’s best mate I can’t see us binning or replacing him.
