Turnaround has been mostly in confidence I think. And doing things slightly differently when he's under pressure. We only need Mignolet to transform himself now.

And even he's getting better

Moreno's place as No 1 LB is the most at risk, I think Klopp will have seen enough of Gomes in training to believe that position is sorted going forward

Yeah we don't need a new centre back even with Sakho out (unless we sack him). Gomez is going to be a great player I believe.

As for Moreno, I don't know. I like him but he needs to balance out his defensive frailties and make them less frequent while retaining his attacking style.

We do need a new Centre back with Sakho out. Our options are Skrtel and Kolo. Neither fill me with confidence or offer forward planning. (Kolo has been brilliant for us this year mind)

I also dont get the Gomez confidence. He looked good when he played, but that was a handful of games and he is still quite young. This injury could do all sorts to him, so I dont think its right to rely on a player like him just yet.

There's no way we're going to spend big on another centre-back. We'll probably do a loan deal, or a transfer for pittence depending on the Sakho situation, as I think we'll spend the big bucks on attacking areas and a central midfielder.
