Watched him all last season and wasn't really impressed with him.. said that in my first post in this thread. Naive defensively & has a lot to learn, but the tools are there and hopefully next season we'll see a top player.

Young players are usually a bit up and down on form. They also usually have things to work on.

I think he is a good prospect. He needs plenty of football, but equally he needs to be at a Club that can take him out of the team from time to time. If Flannagan was fit, we could forget about Enrrique and Johnson and just rotate Flanno, Moreno and Manquillo.

Yes, Moreno should not have let his marker get across him, but we've still got seven players defending the six yard line, one on the line and a goalie, yet one aimless flick on bet the lot of them. I don't think it's fair to blame Moreno, it's our defence as a collective when defending set-pieces.
