I am sorry the guy is a bellend ... anybody who does that with his kid is a ****ing muppet. He just comes across as.... thick as mince
And look his dog is a ****ing Pit Bull which has already attacked another dog quite badly. My dislike for him grows by the day
Thats not a pitbull you fecking drama queen.
This is a pitbull

Take another example, google pit bull and google Staffordshire terrier. They look identical. Staffys are soft as ****. Lovely dogs. But have a terrible rep.
Girl who works for me had her dog and her hand very badly savaged in an unprovoked Staffy attack and I've heard of similar without having to google.
Obviously any breed of dog can be a problem and some with a reputation may not be (I had a dog which used to play happily with a pit bull) but I wouldn't generally tend to view Staffy's as soft as ****. Well not with people and dogs they don't know.
If he goes arse over tit and the pram goes rolling out into the road?
Its a really dumb thing to do.
Is it though. Is it any different to people who get on their bike with a kid strapped into a chair on the back. I'd say this is safer.
You could slip on the bike or have to take evasive action due to poor driving or worse still not even have the chance to try and get out of the way. All of those are as likely or more likely that losing balance and that loss of balance pushing the pram into the road.
potentially violent dogs should be muzzled (IMO all of them should be). Moreno should be sold (not muzzled).
Nah. Dogs will be dogs (and most would be lovely if their owners weren't ****ing arseholes).
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

One of their particularly known traits is their affection towards humans including strangers.
You get trouble when they're abused and become timid, they feel threatened and bite. That's nothing to do with breed.
