every worry I had about him when we signed him has come through. I don't think he ll be here next season.

me too. in his highlights vid [yeah yeah] other than the odd crunchy tackle he was all about getting forward. his vid even showed how often he gets turned over defensively.

That was the winner missed right there.....think it was Can who made an absolute lung-busting run and it just needed the square and that ball was going to go straight through Cech, the net and probably into the face of a grateful Liverpool fan in the corner.

as a defender it doesn't seem like he'll make it here & we have better players in attacking roles.. which leaves him as a bit part player. Can't see him being happy with that long term, that is if he has any aspirations to break into the national side on a regular basis.

He has some great physical attributes but his game intelligence just hasn't progressed & the same rash, headless decisions that was happening to him at Sevilla.. have followed to LFC. I thought he might push on this season, i know it's early doors but Gomez is way ahead of him in the pecking order at the moment. IMO it would be silly to change that, even if Moreno is better going forward.

when he is pressed and has his back to the other player he only turns to his left [using the right foot].
he needs to get lallana to show him the cruyff turn.

lallana can actually make himself faint by doing those on auto repeat.

He looks very much like a Riise number 2, not sure if that is a good or a bad thing though.

Like Riise he is full of energy and able to get up and down the pitch, he is defensively limited in his play and is probably more a wingback than a fullback or a winger. At the moment I wouldn't be confident about putting him in at LB in place of Gomez because I think it would disrupt the balance of the side, and I don't see him being good enough in an attacking sense to play further forward except towards the end of games, so it is unclear what his role is going to be.
