Tempted to start with Lallana, Coutinho and Sterling in attack. Those three seem to have some chemistry building and none of them really deserve to be out of the team.
Rest/drop Gerrard?
Balotelli should be bombed out of the squad entirely.
Also a win here should put us in the top 4 with City playing West Ham. United should hopefully drop points at home to Chelsea too.
Potentially top 4 after having playing almost exclusively terrible for the entire season. It's one positive at least. That said I think they will give us a really tough game, they've looked quite dangerous when I've seen them this season.
Lambert and Lallana to combine like they did for Saints, Sterling to menace - Cout to come on and create chances later on. And Colin's legs to intimidate the Hull frontline

Is Sakho fit?
Wasn't there something about him tweeting he' still 10 days away from fitness (and 2 months from Brendan's good books).

Lallana is an absolute must to start. He looks ready to take off for us and we can't hold him back. Hate to say it, but Balotelli has got to drop out, without pace and movement up front we play like we've been neutered. We need people that are going to fight for the ball all over the pitch, otherwise we are going to end up in a negative rut that will be hard to break. This was always going to be a transitional season with so many new faces, but it is essential that we get some form going before too much damage is done to our prospects for the season. Way too many wake up call games.
