Review at the end of the year

No improvement and he will come under too much pressure, a few good results and he can fight off the naysayers

What happened to the boldness in tactics and selection? He's bottling it. I've said before that I'm convinced last season was more Suarez than Rodgers, and every passing game since Luis left is reinforcing that more. We need a manager that is willing to make brave decisions, he seems more in thrall than being the man in control - never mind the absolute failure of his abilities in the transfer market.

Is Klopp available? If he is - get him. If not, give him more time.

He needs until the end of the season, and it'll be his transfers that'll seal his fate. I think he'll be gone in the summer.

I Don't see anything getting better. He is playing the same formation time and time again. He's wasted a fortune and I dont want more wasted in jan.

For me it's a results thing, from now. He needs to start getting results by hook or by crook. Got to win in midweek, and then the next league game. Need a run, need to see improvements. I think another calamity in midweek might see him gone, and I'd be struggling to keep the faith. Can't believe it's come to this so quickly.

the david brent stuff is still fresh in my mind.

the cracks were covered with the goals scored last year. the lack of suarez and sturridge have made things blindingly obvious.
the extra weight of having to play CL games and spend some extra money has stretched rodgers. he looks shot and clueless.
the pressing has all but gone. he simply refuses to drop the skipper, plays people who need dropping, wont gives someone who performs a few games... clueless.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

The thing I find alarming is the failed shift in strategy to the disjointed system we see now.

Last season we found something that worked out of a desire to fit our two best forwards into the starting XI. This season we have moved completely away from that system despite the fact most of our starting XI were here last season and accustomed to it. That's fine, but you've got to be damn sure it will work better. It's shown no signs of doing so, and the transfers we've made don't really seem to support our new way of working.

So I'm baffled - there is nothing coherent about the way we have gone about things, I struggle to find method to our madness. It's hard not to be concerned about that. You expect to see gradual signs of things coming into fruition, but the longer they fail to surface the more inclined you are to wonder if it's not just all wrong. He deserves time to put things right, but I'd say I have less faith in him right now than 18 months ago.

Its a massive test for him no doubt, but its a learning curve also. My worry (as per Lec) is that he isnt learning from his mistakes at the same rate as last year. Would like to see some experience on the coaching staff come in to give him a lift and help - Is he too stubborn to change now though.......

I'm going to be honest. I've lost total confidence in him, not going to repeat all the stuff that's been said about the team and the way we play as everyone has heard it enough these past few months but I don't believe he will turn things around.
Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

Well we wont have to worry about CL games next year. In fact at this rate we mightn't have to worry about premier league games. This is relegation form.

Still too early for any talk of sacking. As per the consensus he needs to make bold decisions and drop any player who is not performing. Players are not in the team on merit. It is similar to Houllier who persisted with players who clearly were no longer performing.

Still a run of wins (however unlikely it seems at the moment) and we could be in the last 16 of the Champions' league, semi_final of a cup and in the top four.

I've been worried for the last couple of months, he is too much up his own and Steven Gerrards arse to change things around, sorry I'd rather make the change fast than wait around for more damage. I also fear that him sticking with Gerrard, Balotelli and Lovren no matter what will divise the squad, no one should be this untouchable.
