I think our biggest failing right now is as a club, when there is so little patience and it's so hard to get working peace. If you don't have totalitarian rule excpetional amount of money you need time to build something, and we have been increasingly poor at that. There will be up's and down's on that road (Dortmund a good example) and it may take years (again Dortmund), but with time and continuity there is a chance of being competitive when not in the position of Chelsea/City.
It's frustrating as hell right now, but there is little use in just going straight at the throat of the manager and captain, that seems the prefered targets (forgot about Mignolet/Johnson/Balotelli
). In reality it's a team that needs to rebuild the confidence needed, and it's a team failure right now and not 1-2 persons, and when skipped out / benched it will all magically be better. It's not looking encouraging at the moment, but there is no reason to panick neither. Very few clubs have gained succes by firering managers mid season and in the middle of building something - quite to the contrary...

I think it's pretty obvious that he won't turn this around, he's persisting too much with same culprits and it's bound to alienate others, like Sakho, Kolo, Moreno, Lucas, it must be infuriating for them seeing Johnson, Lovren and Gerrard untouchable - why are they here then?
