Ok you Brendan Rodgers Lovers and Haters,Next up Leicester City
k.o 19:45,Impossible to guess Rodgers Team selection so i won't bother, here's hoping for another win.
You'd hope he'd keep the midfield much the same, perhaps Gerrard in for Allen with Lucas holding.
Up top I'm not sure, I think Ricky had a good game but whether he keeps him in the side is another matter especially if Mario is back fit.
Think BR will put Gerrard in the side out of sentiment, not sure if Lambert can handle so many games depends on Balotelli beig fit, think Can will possibly come into the side

He won't play from sentiment.
Can could come in I do hope that Lucas starts in the deep midfield position he's far from perfect as I think he's too slow and the injuries have taken their toll however he's still the best option we have there.

Rodgers team selection for this game will give a clear indication as to whether he is learning from previous team selection mistakes, here's hoping he is and does.
I really hope Lambert keeps his spot. I can understand fitness being a concern but otherwise he should definitely start. 2 goals in 3 games and was good again against stoke.
His link-up play means he is a far more useful striker than Balotelli.

Yeah defo got to stay in, he's a goal threat, bullied their cbs at times yesterday and is linking up well. He cant keep playing every few days but we dont have the luxury of resting our better players at the moment so needs must.
I would keep Lucas in the side and would keep Lambert in whether Balotelli is fit or not, Lambert has IMO shown much more than Balotelli
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
Win this followed by victory over Sunderland and my belief that we'll finish in the top four will slowly start to come back. Lose this, fail to be beat Sunderland and get knocked out of the cl then I think the pressure to sack Rodgers will be immense
Think Coutinho may need a rest, he was a wee bit out of form against Stoke, although as I've said before I reckon with the right kind of forward he'll be much better.
Is Mario back? I'd probs bring him on with half hour to go.
After Sterling Lucas is the second important player we can pick for Leicester. If he starts on the bench then this will be the game I completely stop supporting Rodgers.
My fave mid three would be Hendo Lucas Can (for Allen) but I'm pretty sure that ain't happening. Lambert also has to play. He's looking better than Ulloa and Pelle now.
When I saw the team sheet yesterday I knew we'd win. Not because I had any particular confidence in that 11 but because with Lambert being the only summer signing in the 11 it was fate.
I think the next step would be to rest Coutinho and play Lallana. That's the only change I'd make.
Lallana was the only summer signing I thought would fit right into our team so its strange that he hasn't been getting much game time. With Lambert getting a run and them working well together at Southampton I think Tuesday is the perfect time to put Lallana in.
If Rodgers starts with the same team that would be perfectly understandable after our first win in forever.
However if he starts ****ing around dropping Toure for Lovren or Lucas for Gerrard to play as a DM instead of leaving Gerrard on the bench to come on as an impact player in attack then I'll go mental.

Lalllana is a good call for Coutinho, we'd keep better possession for one thing which will improve our overall attacking as we'll not be turning around so much to track back another one of Coutinho's missed passes.
Man Utd are starting to pull away now and are posing a real threat for that 4th spot (all other teams aren't worth worrying about). If Rodgers hasn't lost the love affair with Gerrard then we could drop 8 points behind them and we might as well give Utd the spot now. Season over, Rodgers' career over.
