Big win but we were so poor when they went down to 10 men. They could easily have made it 2-2.

Think we are being too negative atm. Too hard trying to keep it tight at the back. Performances not good enough. Results papering over the cracks I feel

well that was something, good win despite a relatively poor performance, but in truth we should not be expecting anything spectacular atm. griniding out results like this will do for now, till we get some points on the board and can be more relaxed.

motm for me is lucas, absolutely brilliant again, close second sterling

Only managed to catch the 2nd half.

Gerrard's simple but direct runs caused havoc. We lacked control even with 4 central midfielders on the pitch against 10 men which is a worry but we defended better and got a few breaks in the box.

I think the game was screaming out for a change in the attacking 3rd especially in the last 15 minutes, the ball didn't stick at all and we looked leggy.

back to back wins, unbeaten in 3 and Sunderland at home to come.. Could be in decent shape!

Excellent away win after going behind away from home. It was never going to be a brilliant performance as confidence is still very fragile.

Good to finally even up our league record at 6 wins and 6 losses.

Now hopefully we can go into positive territory against Sunderland on Saturday

Winning when we dont ay well is a sign of a good team..........must say though a better team would have hurt us big time.....

The defense is so ****in ****e though. No matter what personnel, it is ****in dodgy.

Lee Mason should be reffing in the conference this weekend. Absolutely terrible.

Lots of negativity here. We ****ing won you miserable cunts.

Thought Sterling was excellent as was Lucas. Gerrard much better second half, happy with that! Need to keep solid and keep moving forward. Lovren needs to stay away from that ****ing team.

Sterling was poor, worked hard but goes down so easy and chooses the wrong option too often. Nice back heel though. Needs a rest if possible.

Gerrard worked his arse off and was easily our best player.

I have never seen a more nervous defence in the history of football, ever. Its like nothing that's gone before. Its truly amazing. We invite so much pressure on ourselves.

Main thing and only thing was 3 points. That's all that matters.

                              but Gerrard is God

3 points is great, poor display though. Need to build on it.
