Really hope Sterling can get back to his best & Lallana can get that sharpness back, as he's looked so sluggish since coming back from injury. I reckon Fernandinho will try and target Coutinho.

You can only make 3 substitutions so having 4 strikers is ridiculous. If everyone else from the first team squad is injured why not throw one of the kids on for experience and to offer the option of something different in another position?

If Sturridge isn't fit enough to start the game today then it was ridiculous to start him on Thursday.

Two, Borini and Lambert doesn't really count.

Whilst you'd be right to ask why he was on for 105 minutes, I don't see how you can question why he started.

And as I predicted, no Sakho

F*ck me, this place will be fun if we don't win by 3 or 4 goals.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

No Sakho , playing Sturridge in the Europa games and leaving him on the bench for the league

Just ignore him, he whines about the line up before every single game, disappears when we win or draw then suddenly had time to post after a game in the week when we lost for the first time in ages. He's a clown.

Balotelli might not be everyones cup of tea but if Sturridge needs a rest I sure would have started Balotelli against his old club. He'd have been fired up too. Over the years you've seen players going back to their old club and doing a number on them.

I'm done with seeing Sterling up top. He's struggled recently and should be moved back into his best position. That said even with the injuries we have surely we could have avoided the need to have four strikers on the bench

Is he not just stating his opinion like everyone else? Why does this make him a clown ?

Chris are you going to the Blackburn game next week because I'd love to meet up with you for a cup of coffee?

Massive game for Lovren. Big test of his confidence.

                            Midfield is a concern.

                            Sterling needs to attack Mangala.
                            Another MASSIVE game

I'm still interested to hear how that translates to me justifying why we have four strikers on the bench.
