Those slip ups against Hull and West Brom could prove costly at the end of the season.

Crazy talk.Originally posted by Norbs View PostYep. We really struggled in it this year and I loved last season's push for the lesgue without a distraction. Unlike the players, I want the league over anything else
I wouldn't dream of trading bettering us in a way that puts us further down the road to sustainable success just for a dubious and at best slender improvement in the very slim odds of a league title win next season. Not to mention the preparedness to throw away chance of another European cup win.Like blood on iron

Tbh if I decided what I wanted for the club to do based on reactions here, I'd probably just be done with it and want us wound up
(Not saying I won't moan if we play Rossiter away to Shakhtar like)Like blood on iron

Imagine the anticipation going into the Chelsea game if United slip up away at Palace. Would hardly be a massive shock if Palace got a draw / win. With Arsenal to come after that United would be in deep trouble of dropping the required 5 points we need them too. Even in Uniteds final game, they have Hull away who may need a result to stay up.
Chelsea away, Palace at home and then Stoke away. Could we do it? Such a shame we dropped points against West Brom & Hull.Forwards.......

Unfortunately I think it's a little too much to ask for Utd to lose four on the bounce. Something's gotta give and I'm sure they'll pull it together somewhat against Palace.Originally posted by DannyMan2006 View PostImagine the anticipation going into the Chelsea game if United slip up away at Palace. I'm sure you're right, but Palace away is definitely a tough fixture. It's not a ground to be playing at when the going is tough. Palace are also a lethal counter attacking team & are set up to hit United on the break who I'm sure will dominate possession.Originally posted by Marina View PostUnfortunately I think it's a little too much to ask for Utd to lose four on the bounce. I'm just assuming they lose to Arsenal and we lose to Chelsea which means we need them to drop 5 points from the other 2 while we win both. Big ask.Originally posted by ChesterDave View PostWe don't need them to lose against Palace. Drawing would be fine so long as they lose at home to Arsenal (which I think they will)
