Thanjk you.

He has been fantastic coming into the team this season in various positions, I can't imagine how tough that is. Last night I thought Joe struggled in the midfield, not his fault though, admirable effort but he's just not good enough in possession for that role. You could see the difference in our play when MacAllister came on.. it was night and day.
Also, the shoot thing is ****ing irritating so completely agree.

I wonder how many players we’ve played at 6 this season? If someone said at the start of the season that Joe would play at 6 & we’d win 3-0 you’d think they’d been on the sauce hey.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.
Desperate times with our injuries I suppose and fair play for giving it a go, it paid off. We still won and the injured lads get their rest in for the games ahead. Worked out great.
Guess we always could have taken him off and put Mac in there, but after a shaky first 20 or so minutes I wasn't too bothered about Southampton. Joe has been so valuable this season though, real team player.
* The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

I missed the first half, so cant comment on that, but the bit I saw and he was absolutely class, he was marauding. You get to see what a physical specimen he is in that position. But his passing and ambition was also impressive.
We have some brilliant footballers at the club, and as you say the fact they can play numerous positions fairly effortlessly is a testament to that.
The one thing guaranteed to ensure Gomez never scores is half the crowd screaming 'shoot' at him whenever he gets the ball.
Yeah I posted in the match thread about how annoying the screams of shoot were every time he got in the opposition half, it doesn't help and is annoying as ****
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

So you are writing off Joe after only one game in the 6 role?
Good job Klopp didn't do the same with Fabinho, Endo and Mac Alister
