Nathaniel Clyne

It's weird, he's already proven useful v Utd and we end up moving our second best CB if Trent needs a break or gets injured. Or one of our first choice midfielders to RB. Like why dont we just keep the solid RB? It's **** for him not to play much but it's kinda a big 5 months we've got coming up here.
Trent also come back to pre season without much of a break. Seems a needless risk.Comment

Sounds like Milner's days as a midfielder with us are numbered. Not surprisingly by the showing he's given over the last few games, specially City where he was supposed to be the freshest. Looks like he's had a cliff fall with age kicking kicking in.
I like Clyne and I'm disappointed he's going. Must be something behind the scenes. Klopp gets rid quickly when something like that happens (Moreno is still here). One tit for another.

Really didn't think we would let him go, he's a solid RB and great to have in the squad. For him it's a good move as he gets more game time but for us I'm not so sure.Comment

there must be something we don't know.
Surprised it is a loan move.
When I saw that Moreno was back on the bench last night, then I did wonder if the Clyne loan move rumours were true though.....Comment

Not sure why this is so controversial. We’ve already just had a period where TAA, Gomez and Milner were all unavailable, and Clyne still only made 1 start.
No big deal letting him go, but I do hope we get another RB to rotate with TAA so that Gomez can stay at CB..

He's still a kid though & Trent is still young and making mistakes. Clyne is **** going forward but a solid RB. Really don't want Gomez there either, much better at CB.Comment
