We're doing okay. Rodgers is not a popular manager. I hope we do well and get through this next couple of months in a decent position. I'm not confident that we will and I don't think there's any genuine support for him. I'm an optimist! I just think that Rodgers is a chancer and everyone I know seems to think the same.

Rodgers used up all his good will and then some. Will take him a long time to build it back. But he's taking steps in the right direction. Tbh, most people won't be happy until he wins a trophy, and a meaningful one at that.

But he's manager at LFC, it's to be expected.

it will take something significant for him to regain genuine support from most of us. Obviously supporters want the team to succeed, but I don't see much patience being afforded him from local support. He needs to massively exceed expectations.

            You saw the first half?

That's the best we have played since Suarez was here. That's without our captain and with new faces settling in and our second big summer signing making his first start. I'd say there is a hell of a lot more to be positive about right now than not. Of course we need to continue and win our home games but I think we could have a pretty decent season. Top four is a realistic chance unless utd go big in the next week and pull something out of the bag.

We rode our luck massively in that second half. We could have scored a few in the first, but we didn't. I don't hear any support for Rodgers, most people think that he should have been sacked at the end of last season. I'm not reacting to tonight or the three games we've played so far. We've done okay. I'm just saying that if things don't go well over the next couple of months then things will turn against him massively. It's not just my opinion - I don't know anyone who thinks that he's doing a good job.

We came under pressure from a title contender at their own ground after giving them a good going after in the first. It was bound to happen. If there isn't any support for Rodgers then it doesn't say much about our so called loyal fan base. Of course if we tail off and lose 3 or 4 on the bounce he will come under pressure and you wouldn't expect any different. Results wise to come away to stoke and Arsenal with 4 points is better than OK especially when you consider the scores last year. The summer additions of milner, clyne and Benteke looked inspired so far. Throw in the gamble of Gomez which again is a ****ing brave thing to do when the manager is under so called pressure and I think he's done brilliantly. We now have to continue the good start. I think some of the fans need to be prepared to back track if Rodgers does well, the trouble when you become so intrenched is knowing when to admit you may of been wrong in writing the bloke off. Time will tell us.

There isn't much/any support for Rodgers. He needs to win the fans over this season. It's going to be very challenging for him over the next month or two. He's a very dislikeable person and I can only say what I see - I don't see any support for him.

Well his name was getting chanted at the game tonight in the stand and on th concourse. They upped it in the second half but couldn't have complained if they were 5 or 6 down at half time, we were sensational in that first half.

We did play well in the first half. We were lucky in the second. No complaints about the result tonight. I was just commenting that Rodgers is on thin ice right now and he's got some really difficult fixtures ahead. We'll see what happens, but I don't think he's got a great deal of support.

                            Not in the slightest.

Got to laugh at Cech playing like an amateur player in his first 2 games then like that tonight, ****ing typical!

****ing hell ElephantMan, I know everyone has the right to an opinion but shut the **** up with your incessant whinging. We got a hugely creditable away draw against league challengers, could (and should) have won the match and with new faces. Oh and Lovren.

Much cause for celebration? Of course Rodgers is a cunt so let's focus on that.
