Hopeful, not delusional. Chances are we'll finish 7th or 8th, but while there's a chance you've got to hope we can do it, surely? Even if our form suggests it's very unlikely. Otherwise you may as well not turn up for a few years, as there's always going to be a team more likely to win the league or any of the cups than us.

You can still be hopeful whilst showing delusional tendencies as most of us have been for 26 years now

I'd prefer to be pleasantly surprised than hope and be disappointed.

The amount of tickets that seem to be floating around for this one, it's likely to be half empty at this rate.

I hope one of our players - hopefully Lallana - leaves something on Toure, the dirty ******.

I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"

Can't see why anyone would part with their hard earned cash to watch this non event. It's like turning up to Glastonbury the weekend after it was on. You've missed the main event.

I meant paying best part of £50 for a ticket.

It's only my opinion, I wouldn't knock anyone going, each to their own. Just be like us to take them apart tonight in a game that is nowhere near as important as a cup final. Pressure is off tonight, that should suit most of our bottlers.

I was wondering this exact thing but too lazy to look it up.

Shoddy lack of details in the OP

Jürgen Klopp makes five changes for Liverpool’s Barclays Premier League clash with Manchester City at Anfield this evening.

The boss drafts Divock Origi, Dejan Lovren, Jon Flanagan, Adam Lallana and Kolo Toure into his starting line-up from the team deployed at Wembley on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Martin Skrtel returns to the matchday squad for the first time since December following injury.

Liverpool: Mignolet, Clyne, Toure, Lovren, Flanagan, Can, Henderson, Milner, Lallana, Firmino, Origi.

Subs: Ward, Benteke, Coutinho, Moreno, Allen, Ibe, Skrtel.
