We don't want to give them the momentum, we should go after them from the start, just be careful not to over commit. The ideal situation would be for us to get an early goal and take a 3-0 lead with them needing to score 4 to go through.
Agreed, go for killing the tie off early on and they change things around. The last thing we want to do is as you say give them any momentum and something to chase.

IF we can play like we did last Thursday then we should be comfortable however football never seems to work that way!

I think the most important thing we need to do is not to give away stupid soft free kicks in dangerous areas.

Players like Moreno really need to play with their heads as well as their hearts on Thursday and stay on their feet, one stupid soft free kick and they score and they're right back in it.

If we can do that I think we will win.

We really need to score first and then let the crowd so the rest.

Especially as we are a particularly rubbish at pressure absorbing/static defending. I think the kinetic destructive game we have used against them in the last two games is the right approach. They haven't responded well to being put under pressure in that way.

A lad in work is going in amongst the home fans ha ha!

I've told him to record the game from start to finish as evidence of the chants should they be sung, which I imagine they will.

He's brave, I wouldn't do it personally as you'd get a hiding if anyone cottons on to it.

Twas all the pitches fault apparently. Herrera reckons things will be totally different at their place. Number of games they've won at home by 3 clear goals this season- 4! (FC Midtjylland, Stoke, Sunderland, Ipswich)

We need to be on it, that's a fine list of teams put to the sword there.

They can't sell out and I've had a couple of chances to sit in their end tomorrow night.
