This just goes to show the very fine line between being a Karius and a Dudek.

    Awful. Terrible.

But we're better than kicking the man at the lowest point of his entire life.

    Oh I don't know.

Klopp said it at full time, he couldn't possibly recover from his 1st horrific error mentally, he was gone & only human.

Right now, I hate him, he cost us any chance of winning; tomorrow i will still hate him; but at some point, that will recceed. From a practical point of view i pray to god we sign a proper keeper & keep Achunberg away from whoever that is.

Can't blame the players if they didn't go to him after the game. Hes cost us the european cup and our biggest game in over a decade.

You win as a team and lose as a team. I don't see the point in all of this recrimination. If he's not good enough (and this applies to any player), then there is only one person who can change this and it's the manager.
            Are we winning?

What's the point in that? Doesn't add anything.

Go out and get Alisson at all costs.

Should we have subbed him off then? Huge call but if you think that he's gone, then for the sake of the team is it not the right one?
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Going by the number of supposed Reds posting on twitter for the lad and his family to die, I am not so sure
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

That first bit is a cliche.

I feel sorry for Karius as a human being. But th team all hugging him and saying that it’s all ok would have clearly been bolocks and he would know it.

I am sure Karius will have given a very emotional apology in the changing rooms, and I am sure it will have been difficult for all of them.

...but they will still always blame him

I appreciate what you're saying, but the line isn't as fine as all that. He pulled out one of the worst goalkeeping errors in the history of top level football, quite an extreme achievement. But yes, a few inches here or there and he could have got away with it.

There is a big difference between people calling the lad a dope or liability on the night for making mistakes and people saying stuff about hoping for his kid to get cancer etc.
