I watched them against Swansea. I would expect them to score against us but I expect us to score a few goals against them.

The guy Andre Gray looks handy for them. He drops deep and likes to run at the opposition. If you were Dyche, then it would be blatantly obvious where the weak link in our team is. Which is why I expect Emre Can to play as a holding midfielder with the specific remit to help out on the left hand side - cover for mad Albert if he starts. Our right hand side should be secure enough - not just because of Clyne - but also because Mane will work his back side off helping out and also if we were to have Hendo or Milner on the right of a 3 there, then they will also do more than their fair share.

Attacking wise, then it is hard to say. I think we need more of a focal point than Firmino so I would like to see Origi - or if he is fit, then Sturridge start as our #9.

I know he got a great goal against Arsenal, but unless Coutinho doesn't make it, then I would drop Lallana for this game.

I would like to see something like:

    ---------------------------------------MIGNOLET-----------------------------------

    CLYNE--------------LOVREN------------------------KLAVEN-------------MORENO

    ---------------------------------------CAN-------------------------------------------

    ----------------HENDERSON---------------------COUTINHO-----------------------

    MANE--------------------------------------------------------------------FIRMINO

    ------------------------------------ORIGI------------------------------------------

With maybe Klaven at left back and Matip in the centre?

You know what though, isn't the strenght in depth feckin brilliant right now. Sturridge being injured fecked up about 2 seasons for us - but now under Klopp, it doesn't seem to be as big an issue. Same with the midfield. I have 3 of Emre Can, Henderson and Coutinho up there. But away to Burnley, then I wouldn't be gutted to see a trio of Lucas holding, with Milner and Wjinaldum either.

I think we can have a really good go at it this year.

Milner in for Moreno hopefully, but about Sturridge, I don't really miss him, he slows the play down too much and always drops deep before trying to take everyone on.
      * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

So since your last protest, we have put 4 away against Barcelona and Arsenal to add to the matches last year when we scored 3 or more against Villareal, Everton, Dortmund, City and Chelsea with them playing together. Now bearing in mind that Klopp hasn’t been here that long, that Coutinho and Firmino were both injured for periods last year and Coutinho barely played in the league for the last 2 months, I’m wondering how many matches the 3 even played together.

Don’t need to know how many they all played together, I’ll just be content to find out who all these lesser teams were that we continually struggled to break down as I’m sure there must be quite a few?
Firstly I got the Barca first half wrong. But didn't we score more goals AFTER Origi came on?? Like I said who SHOULD have started??

Secondly it was 1 man defence Barca, not 10 men defence Burnley. Matthieu couldn't be more obliging if we asked.
        One tit for another.

And all the teams we struggled to break down were?

And FWIW, i agree about Origi, I’d like to find a way to fit him into the side, I just don’t understand how playing 3 quality flair players that have a record of scoring plenty of goals is a negative and I can’t remember too many of these matches that had such a big impact on you?
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Glad to hear. My Optus stream was not always of high quality for the Arsenal game. Still waiting for my Fetch box to arrive - hopefully that will be better!

Can start watching soon after Bledisloe. Roll on another sleepless weekend!

Really impressed with the Optus sport app. I'm using my Telstra cable wifi connection to watch it on my iPad. Excellent quality.

I'll be signing up with Optus as soon as the NBN is activated in December (was supposed to be October!!). I hope I qualify for free Premier League football, I'm sure they'll throw it in otherwise they can feck off.

There'll be some sort of deal you'd think. I love the fact you can watch the match on demand as soon as its finished. You get all the highlights as well & the FT interviews. It's really very good

Hugo Lloris is out for 4 weeks......if we beat Burnley well then we go to white Hart Lane full of ****in confidence.....

One fame at a time but 3 wins in 3 away games - including arsenal and spurs away - would be ****in amazing

Wow didn't know he'd be out that long. He is usually makes a massive difference for them so yeah we need to be testing the GK constantly.

The difficult start (on paper) can go two ways. Do well and it sets us up to have a very good season.
