Five games to go. Palace (h) Watford (a) Southampton (h) West Ham (a) Boro (h)
We are capable of getting 15 points there. We are likely to get anything between 9 and 13.
If United win all of their games, then they will have beaten City, Arsenal and Spurs away from home. Can't see it happening. You never know. But I really can't see it happening.
City have United at home in their next league match - but after that they have 5 games where you could see them win them all. Boro, Palace, Leicester, WBA and Watford.
Arsenal also have Spurs, United, Stoke away - which is a nightmare for them historically - and finish with Everton at home. Even if they win all of their games, I don't think they will get top 4. They are more likely to beat United at home and then drop points to Spurs, Leicester and Stoke.
Best case scenario is that United take points off City. A draw would be perfect in that game. Then, if we win our 5 matches, we get 3rd. That would be a great achievement considering the injuries that we have had this season. Out of the top 5 or 6 teams in the league, i think we are possibly the most exciting and dangerous but also the team that can improve most easily for next season. 2 or 3 additions and we are much more of a threat. Whereas our rivals will either find it difficult to improve or else need major surgery.
