I think Mo could operate as a false 9, but Gakpo fits well there too.

Gakpo all day long for me.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

In which case you can swap Darwin for Mo and bring him on as an impact sub & you don’t have to sub Mo to do it.

Had a feeling he'd step up today after a few questions were asked this week.

Best performance this season so far.

          Virg the weak link now?

It is a bit of an elephant in the room situ now. We’ve looked more solid since Vurg went off last week.

As much as I'm saying in jest, everyone has stepped up in his absence. Hopefully it's just a coincidence or maybe a reaction to the controversy.

That is true but our midfield seemed much better connected today which might have relieved a bit of pressure on the defence?

                  Midfield looks so much better.

Yes, that was our problem last season. The number one problem with our defense last season was our midfield.

Part of me thinks it’s as simple as getting back to the high energy we used to have there.

Looked like he was a bit short of confidence. I hoped he would at least kick the City and Utd players a bit.

He’s been brilliant for Scotland last few seasons. A rare bad night.

Best I’ve seen England play, looked very impressive.

                                Bellingham, what a player

Paying £300m for him would have been a bargain.

                                An absolute class apart

As for Robertson he was fine aside from the mistake.
