I dunno. A lot of his game was about his sheer determination, but his body has been run into the ground and he is slowing down. I think the system means he doesnt have to get quite so far forward, so I think he will see this year out comfortably. Long term we do need someone new. We are ok for the moment. The summer might see a signing here. Hows Owen Beck doing?

Alphonso Davies contract expires at the end of the season. He is probably nailed on for real Madrid on a free (and possibly Trent too) but lfc should definitely have a go at getting him. Would be amazingComment

He’s started the season well and played in every league game where we’ve only let in one goal on 5. He seems to have forged a solid link with Diaz now also and having that dynamic link up down both wings at the same time is definitely helpful.
I agree he will likely end up at Celtic, but I think it’s a few years away yet.Modifying post.Comment
