Yeah I agree with the last bit, I tend to go along with the notion that it's a confidence thing with Mo. It appeared to me that he was trying to force things to happen against Chelsea. He just needs something to go his way.

For instance, that backheel he tried a couple of weeks ago, now if that had gone in we probably wouldn't even be discussing his lack of form.

I got pelters for comparing him to Andrew Cole (still stand by that assessment for that period btw).

That said, his overall game a year ago was probably better. Just his finishing was a bit erratic, bordering on weird.

This season so far, his whole game is erratic, bordering on weird.

I'm pretty confident he'll turn things around. He's more than pretty good.

Will they come good? Pretty sure they will

Obviously I didn’t put the graphic together and I agree to an extent.

But the thing is if he was converting chances at even the rate he was for Roma, he’s be top scorer in the league and we’d be lauding his amazing start. So he’s not really too far from being the Salah of last year. Hopefully it starts against City.
