Thanjk you.

If you can legitimately lay claim to being the best in the world at something, as in, out of 7.9 Billion people you are the best, then you are in a boss position at any negotiation.
Sadly only if it's something people give a **** about
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
In reality he will have a lot of expenses as well. Agents, security etc....
Also, he generates a hell of a lot of money for people and businesses.
Also, he will retire before he is 40!!!
I'd be happy with a salary cap to be perfectly honest as I think it would enable football go back to the days where you see more one-club players and also see more of situations where the likes of West ham, Norwich etc do well and break into European footy...... But the best argument for mo is to point out how much average footballers in our squad are getting paid....

Sometimes negotiations move on without you even having to do anything.
It will be nigh on impossible to replace Mo's goals. The worlds best player, in the prime of his career, and he already plays for us? It just has to happen for **** sake.
You can't be paying him 400k. You could at city, utd or Chelsea. But if we pay him that we're not signing other players.
I personally think he wouldn't be as prolific elsewhere. Our team suits him. The set up and everything.
We aren't signing other players anyway

True, but the market (or lack thereof) for selling him works in Liverpool's favour massively. Who could realistically buy him right now?
