That Salah shot toward the end will haunt me, he had the option to lay it on for two different teammates for a clear shot on goal but went for glory. I have no problem with that if we are a goal up, some will say it’s ‘just his instinct’ but in such important games, his decision making needs to be better.

He definitely needs a rest.
Again, thought he did 'ok' on sat (we played pretty well for the majority of the game tbh - just didn't get the goal) - he had one shot that was going in, but Davies threw himself infront of it for an incredible block. Worked hard, but he looks short of sharpness (burnt out).
I think he is rested the least, the games are so often, and it would be good to see the Mane/Diaz/Jota (Firmino) version of the front three.
Then unleash Mo in the FA Cup final.Modifying post.

I think he needs to go down the line more and either shoot with his right or cut back near the byline into the centre for someone else.
He always wants to cut in on his left foot and I think it’s become too predictable.Y.N.W.A!!!!!!

Seems like it. People say he needs resting, but I think he should be playing against Villa, Southampton, wolves and step aside for the finals. Might be a useful element of surprise too.Originally posted by Rafa Justice View PostHe's getting overplayed because he demands to play and the contract is unsigned. We want to keep him, oh yes, 100%
But we want to keep the good Mo, not this withered husk of a man who was one the Egyptian king. If we can't find the real Mo then he has to go.
We'd be suckers to commit to 400k a week for an average winger, given current form, who is nearly 30.removing all the weak links makes us stronger
too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

Defo glad you aren't manager...!Originally posted by Kenneth View PostSeems like it. People say he needs resting, but I think he should be playing against Villa, Southampton, wolves and step aside for the finals. Might be a useful element of surprise too.
Even with the (slight) drying up of goals he is most likely for assists, or of the entire team it is he, Trent and Robbo who are most likely to create.
I think we can (and should) rest him and the knowledge that the team can function without him in it will be motivating for the finals.Modifying post.
