Thanjk you.

No it’s you that’s on the wind up Dan. That much is very clear.
Em ok, yeah I don't think even you believe that pal. But if somehow you do, you are entitled to your opinion. You're very wrong but you're entitled to your opinion.
Also, most of the LFC fanbase must be on a wind up too
well you might, but most that have actually played would realise that ball was not easy to control at all. A) it was leathered at him and B) it was up at his neck.
Even Dennis Bergkamp would've had his work cut out for him taking that ball down cleanly. Bare in mind there was a defender rapidly approaching, so its basically one touch to cushion and then volley it, otherwise youre getting closed down.
I have no skin in the game here and I have much affection for both you and Dan, so not looking to pick a fight here.
But I literally just finished re-watching the game about 45 minutes ago and I paid very close attention to the situation being discussed. Honestly mate, it genuinely wasn’t up at his neck and it wasn’t leathered at him either, I promise
Watch it again - MacAllister could’ve played it along the ground and he unnecessarily played it off the ground - that was his fault. But it wasn’t played with any real ferocity or power. And it went to Nunez at around midriff height, he raised his foot to try and control it and the connection was made with his raised right knee. This unfortunately led to the ball bouncing off his knee to a point that was further than he was able to reach.
I tell you with total honesty that this is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
It’s quite weird because nobody has made any significant criticism of Nunez from the weekend, in face the people who have mentioned his failure to control the ball in that instance have also commented in how lively he looked and praised his deflected shot from distance. Yet here we are with a few people fighting a perceived injustice against him two days later.

I call it the “we’ve pretty much done the game on Sunday to death now and it’s ages until the next one, so we’ll have to milk absolutely every tiny morsel that we can to fill the time” phase.

There is a genuinely bizarre leap to his defence by about two posters, when there is nothing to be outraged by. It's weird as ****
