We keep winning silverware ( or at least being genuinely in the hunt of them ) and I think, like a lot of top players, he will want to be where he has a chance of winning medals.

Rumours saying otherwise are click bait and aimed to destabilise. Weird that it’s always us? You don’t see any Du Bruyne to Madrid rumours or Silva to Barca, it’s the press making stuff up for clicks because we have the bigger fan base.

I think there is probably an element that some of our players could potentially double their wages moving. I imagine City would match any pay that the spanish clubs offered.
