Still unsure why his test would be negative 6 days later, but there obviously must be a reason.

If he’s asymptomatic, it’s possible he could test negative after a few days. I doubt the club will take a risk and play him though, so they would abide by the rules and allow him to isolate for the required time, more or less.

I think Sadio did not observe a strict 14 days isolation when he caught the virus.

Echo are suggestion that because he has tested again today that the 10 day isolation might restart from today, rather than his original test on Friday. Surely that can't be right? I think they have got their wires crossed.

Yeah, doesn't sound right that. Better off not taking a test and completing your 10 self-isolation in that case, rather than adding a further 10 days to it?

Have we got some compo clause with the Egyptian FA? They seem very optimistic he will be clear to play. Makes me wonder if they owe us for him becoming infected while released to them

Can we just get on a plane even if we test positive but we keep dealing swabs hoping for a winning hand 🤔
I'm not sure easyjet would wear it.
